COVID 19 VirusKGR Plumbing Coronavirus Safety Procedures

We thank all of our valued customers for allowing us the opportunity to serve you throughout Central Florida since 1998. We are committed to do our part in ensuring our customer’s needs are safely met during this period as in all other times.

While we are all unsure how this pandemic will ultimately affect us, KGR Plumbing has taken profound and prudent steps to keep our employees and customers safe and healthy. We are constantly strengthening our company’s hygiene, sanitization procedures of our facilities, equipment, and vehicles. We are intensifying our delivery policies to prevent contamination of any materials being delivered to our company. In addition, each tech gives us a daily good health check advisement confirming they and everyone in their home or office is not sick or potentially sick with COVID-19 Virus.

Our business has always valued the wellness of all of our employees. We have proper healthcare and generous paid time off which ensures anyone showing symptoms of a communicable illness has the ability to immediately seek medical attention and take time off to recover at home avoiding the spread of COVID-19 Virus.

Our office support staff is working remotely from home and they are available as always to address your needs. Service calls are only being done on an emergency basis. Our service techs are being spaced out in the mornings to come into our office to collect whatever materials they need. As they come in to our company they must wash their hands thoroughly at a sanitation station, wear a mask, gloves, and shoe protectors.

We have taken the following steps to ensure we keep all of our employees and customers safe and healthy. Some of these steps could have an impact on scheduling but hopefully if so, only a slight one. Our techs can only work in your home or office if they are the only service tech in your home or office.

Please inform us the day prior to your scheduled service if you or anyone in your home or office is sick or potentially sick with COVID-19 Virus, so we may reschedule the appointment for an appropriate time for the safety of our employees.

Our Team Members will not shake your hand and will remain recommended safe distance at all times.
Each Team Member will wear protective face masks, gloves as well as fresh boot covers when entering your home or office. We will clean and disinfect all equipment and surfaces we touch in your home or office.

We are committed to continued and constant monitoring of guidelines issued by the CDC, EPA, FEMA, Local, County, State and Federal governing agencies dedicated to protecting our health and abiding by the protective measures set forth for the general public. As these guidelines are updated, we will respond to those updates with the proper and appropriate action.

Thanks for your understanding and please let us know if there is anything we can do for you.

Sincerely,
Kyle G. Roe
